Organized by person
Give every family member a clear profile instead of mixing everyone’s documents in one camera roll or folder.
FAMILY DOCUMENT ORGANIZER
Organize passports, IDs, insurance cards and other important family documents by person on your iPhone with ReadyLife.
THE SHORT ANSWER
ReadyLife is a private family document organizer for iPhone. It lets you scan or import important documents, assign each one to the right person, review details extracted on your device, and receive reminders before important dates are easy to miss.
Give every family member a clear profile instead of mixing everyone’s documents in one camera roll or folder.
ReadyLife looks for names, document numbers and dates on your iPhone, then asks you to confirm them.
Keep upcoming expiries visible and receive local reminders when a document needs attention.
01
Most households do not need a complicated records-management system. They need to know where the current passport is, whether a residence permit is still valid, which health card belongs to which child, and when an important renewal is approaching.
ReadyLife is designed around that practical reality. Add the documents that are useful to have close at hand: identity documents, travel documents, licences, insurance cards, certificates and other household records. You can scan paper directly, choose a photo, or import a PDF.
02
A folder called “Documents” quickly becomes another place to search. ReadyLife gives each person a profile, so a parent can see their own records and the documents kept for a partner or child without decoding file names.
That person-first structure also makes the overview useful. You can see which documents belong to someone, whether an important date is coming up, and which details still need review. The goal is not to store more—it is to make the information you already keep easier to understand.
03
Extraction is an assistant, not an authority. A clear review step remains important because scans and automated recognition can be incomplete or wrong.
04
ReadyLife v1 has no account, cloud database, advertising SDK or behavioral analytics. Document recognition and search happen on the iPhone. Vault data and files are encrypted on-device, and the vault locks when the app leaves the screen.
This local-first approach deliberately avoids creating another online account containing your household’s most sensitive documents. Read the detailed security architecture and Privacy Policy for the exact protections and limitations.
05
ReadyLife helps you retrieve information and notice dates; it does not turn a photo into an official credential. Keep physical originals where required and consult the relevant government, insurer, employer or travel authority for current rules.
The local vault is also intentionally excluded from device backups in v1. If the iPhone is lost, erased or inaccessible, ReadyLife cannot restore its contents. Your filing system should therefore include a safe home for original documents and any separate backups you are legally and practically comfortable keeping.
